Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Testing

Standard specializes in facility and pipeline testing. We offer state of the art equipment and processes for efficient cleaning and drying to fulfill all of your integrity needs for midstream and downstream projects. We also offer pneumatic/nitrogen testing services along with nitrogen purging capabilities. Our trucks and equipment are designed to deliver safe, reliable test pressures up to 15,000 psi. We combine the best hydrostatic testing equipment in the industry with expert personnel that are second to none. With equipment staged at various office locations, we can cover your integrity needs.

Pigging & Cleaning

Standard offers pigging, cleaning and drying services of pipelines and fabrication with capabilities of supplying & utilizing temporary traps and containments. Standard provides services for both new construction as well as lines previously in service. While pigging and cleaning services are being performed, Standard has the ability to utilize specialized equipment to track and monitor pigs ensuring no pigs are ever lost within the systems.

Torque Services

Standard provides experienced crews with all necessary equipment including pneumatic and standard equipment completing all of our customers projects on time and hassle free. Standard is able to provide electronic quality reports at the project completion for a seamless turnover process.

Sandblasting & Coating

At Standard we pride ourselves on the ability to offer professional blasting and painting services that our clients can rely on. Our coating crews have the experience to work with the clients specifications as well as other industry standards. Within our crews and management, we are able to provide NACE certified individuals to ensure that projects are performed within compliance.

Maintenance

With Standard having in-house vac-trucks, this allows Standard to provide a variety of turnkey maintenance solutions. Maintenance/ Roustabout services include but are not limited wot general maintenance and cleaning services, rig washing, cattle guard installations, valve replacements, spool replacements, pad site clean-ups, lease road maintenance, culvert installations, and more. Standard’s maintenance crews are equipped with fully tooled crew trucks with specialty tools to handle a variety of tasks.

Hydro-Vac

At Standard, we guarantee our customers the safest and most dependable utility excavation services in the business. To ensure top-quality utility excavation and hydro-excavation services, each of our employees is expertly trained and hour trucks are equipped with the latest and safest technology. Services include pipeline excavations, utility excavations, tank cleaning, potholing and more.

Vacuum Trucks

Standard provides a fleet of 130bbl vacuum tanker trucks offering services such as water/ fluid hauling, spill clean-up, dewatering and more.

Industrial Concrete

We offer seasoned crews to preform turnkey miscellaneous projects such as tank ring walls, drilled piers, spread footer foundations, compressor foundations and more. Standard has completed concrete projects within a variety of industries including but not limited to oil & gas, renewable energy, communications, and chemical treatment facilities.
